Please complete a Tenancy Application - Tenant Reference Form
Step 2
You will need to pay a reference processing fee before your reference report can be processed. This fee pays for Landlord Direct, to process a credit and tenant reference on your behalf, and to produce Tenancy Agreements and Bank Standing Orders for new tenants.
