Alternatively if your stay is a last minute booking you can make payment by VISA, Debit Cards over the phone via our main company Landlord Direct Tel: 0115 969 63 55 please select option 3 for accounts and quote '................Cottage' and the amount due.
We will then send / email you confirmation of your booking in writing and a receipt.
We Are Dog Friendly To Responsible Dog Owners - We are happy to accommodate one well behaved dog, subject to dogs not being allowed upstairs at anytime, and that dogs are kept only in the dining room or kitchen overnight or if left unattended. Please do not allow dogs on any furniture.

THIS HOLIDAY LET / SHORT STAY RENTAL AGREEMENT comprises the particulars above and the standard terms and conditions required for a Holiday Let Agreement, please see the Terms and Conditions whereby The Property is hereby let by The Landlord and taken by the Tenant for the Term at the Rent.
