Set Out Criteria Of Acceptable Bookings - Only couples or singles, no big family groups, or whatever is your preference. We will then stick to this criteria. It is not practical to consult with you on every booking but we need to discuss fully your preferred do's and don'ts.

We will then handle & take bookings for you...

See an example of  a holiday letting booking agreement, damage deposits are usually taken, advance booking payments prior to confirmation, telephone card payments which are essential to capture 'last minute / late availability' bookings, because we can react quickly we can secure more late availability business for you.

We take payments by card or cheque, and then transfer the payments due to your chosen bank account.
